Submitting a Return Request

Change-of-Mind Returns:
You may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order for any reason. For these requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Quality or Description Issues:
If the item you received has defects, quality concerns, or does not match its description, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is shown as delivered but has not been received, please provide valid documentation. Once verified, we will reship the product or issue a refund. To ensure timely assistance, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
